Live Oak Conference Center

The Live Oak Conference Center is superb for the large corporate or social event, offering over 2,900 square feet the possibilities are endless.  With multiple capabilities for either one ballroom or three individual sound proof sections of a minimum of 38′ x 19′,  We offer on-site catering services, high-speed internet and a designated event/catering manager.  The facility offers a screen in each section, or a larger screen to accommodate the entire ballroom.  Over 100 lineal feet of upholstered wall panels for display, dry erase boards, dimmer switches and individual room temperature sections.  The covered porch is well suited for fresh air breaks, bar service and receptions.  

Bluebonnet Room

The Bluebonnet Meeting Room is ideal for the small, intimate gathering or corporate meeting, offering 1,100 square feet of open, bright space, bringing the outside in.  This cozy multi-functional meeting room offers an inside and a private outdoor entrance.  We offer on-site catering services, high-speed internet, and a designated event/catering manager.  The Bluebonnet Room has 88 lineal feet of wall panels for display, a service bar, and floor elective pods.  Offering the convenience of being adjacent to the Overlook Restaurant, public restrooms, and our main patio.

Looking to expand your mind with nature, or dine with the wildlife, our outdoor meeting spaces located throughout the park are perfect for meetings, retreats, ceremonies and special events.  

Sunset Point

With spectacular views of Lake Buchanan, this circular shaped lookout point can hold up to 200 people and is the ideal spot for wedding ceremonies.

Main Patio

Enjoy your meeting or gathering in front of a beautiful fireplace on our flagstone patio that accommodates up to 125 people for cocktails, dinner or meetings. There is plenty of room for team building, photo opportunities and fun activity in the beautiful spot.

Overlook Deck

For an intimate setting with a backdrop of beautiful landscape and flora and fauna, this venue is perfect for small weddings and luncheon and dinner gatherings. The sunsets are particularly beautiful viewed from this outdoor venue. The food is suburb and can be enjoyed during the beautiful light show.
